FAQ's

When will my order be shipped?  

Orders will be shipped 5-7 business days after orders have been placed. For international orders, please allow 7-12 business days. Any order(s) placed during the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day.

It shows that my order was delivered but I have not received it? 

The USPS is responsible for the delivery of items ordered. If you cannot locate the item posted “in transit” or “delivered” please contact your local post office.

In the event of a shipping address issue, NEW MERCY CLOTHING will not be held responsible for any address discrepancies.
